What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. PayPal processes all of our payments. You do not need a PayPal account to use a credit card. If you have questions about how to do that, please visit this page.
How much is shipping, and where do you ship?
Shipping is based on dollar amount + location. U.S. orders are shipped both by the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. International orders are shipped by U.S. Postal Air Mail. We ship to all countries allowed by our government.
What’s with Build Your Own?
It all started shortly after our inception in 2003, when we’d allow customers to order custom colors of our designs. Back in those days, you had to pre-order, wait, and a few weeks later you’d be shipped a dose of awesomeness. Starting in 2009, we’ve upped the ante with the (nearly) instant Build Your Own program you see here. You order, and a few days later, we ship the specific color, size, and other option-laced treat you’ve requested right to your door.
How can you possibly do that?
It’s crazy, right? Even though we still release incredible, season-running gear made in other ways, our custom program runs wholly inside our workshop. Once a week, we cut, print, sew, and otherwise create the custom gear you’ve ordered. We use a variety of materials, including ultra-thin cut vinyl, flocking, specialty gems like metallics and 3M reflective fabrics, and more, all hand-finished right where we reside.
I don’t know what size I wear. Do you have a size chart?
For sure! Every item in the shop has a size chart with it. Just click the size chart button below the item image to see what’s up.
How can I get some free shit?
Easy! Email pictures to us of you rocking your custom gear. The pictures will go in our Flickr gallery, and once a month, we’ll draw names from all photo submissions. After we get done drawing names, we’ll actually pick a name at random. (Get it? Get it?! Ahh…) If you’re the lucky winner, you’ll get a fat surprise from us. Could be a big gift card to the store, or it could be a very, ultra, super-duper exclusive piece of gear or art. Get to it!
You can also get free goods by how much you order. If you order 4 items or spend $100 in one shot, you get a free T-shirt of your choice. Just order up, and we’ll hit you back asking what you’d like as your freebie.
How long do I have to wait for my order?
Just in case you missed it, we run our custom orders at least once a week. They ship as soon as they’re finished, so you should be waiting no more than a few days for your freshness to ship out and get to where it should be – with you!
Can I return a Build Your Own item?
No sir/ma’am. Because every item is made specifically for you, we cannot allow you to return it, even for an exchange. If you have questions about sizes, colors, or other details, feel free to email us. We’ll get back to you right away.
Can I submit my own design?
We normally don’t accept submissions, as we work in conjunction with our crew of artists, our famliy, and our friends when it comes to design. However, if you really, really want to send us an idea for a submission to our lineup, go for it. No promises, though. You can, however, choose your own colors of print and product for everything we carry in our custom program, and there are some to which you can even add your name and number. Give it a shot; it’s fun, rewarding, and totally exclusive.
What about, umm…shit, I forgot!?
