FAQ: Shirt of the Week…
Why "Shirt of the Week"?
Ever since our inception in 2003, we've done limited edition runs of products. Most often, they were released on our "Secret Stash" website, or simply put in our web store as a limited edition item. We wanted to stop doing both of those things, and at the same time still offer you fresh, limited edition goodness. So, we came up with our Shirt of the Week program. Every week, one shirt, for one week, then gone forever. This also allows us to expand from our loyal, hard-working crew to be able to also accept submissions from new artists.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. You will be asked to choose Credit Card or PayPal when you check out. Feel free to email us with questions.
How much is shipping, and where do you ship?
Shipping is based on dollar amount + location. U.S. orders are shipped both by the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. International orders are shipped by U.S. Postal Air Mail. We ship to all countries allowed by our government.
Can I combine my Shirt of the Week order with other products from the shop?
Yes indeed! Just add what you'd like to your cart and check out after you've got all your goodies stacked up. Note that non-SOTW items will ship with your SOTW order. If you'd like them to ship separately, please place separate orders.
I don't know what size I wear. Do you have a size chart?
Yes indeed! Every item in the shop has a size chart with it, including the Shirt of the Week. Just click the size chart link and the info will pop up in your browser window.
What type of shirts do you use?
For every Shirt of the Week item, we let you choose from men's, women's, and kids' shirts. For men, we offer two choices: Our soft, ringspun regular fit T-shirt, and our slim fit jersey cotton T-shirt. For women, we offer our super-soft ringspun cotton women's T-shirt. For the kids, we offer our standard, ringspun youth T-shirt.
How can I get some free shit?
You can get a free T-shirt of your choice by ordering $100 worth of products from the shop (not including shipping charges). If you spend $100 or more, simply put what item you'd like in the comments section when you check out.
When will my shirt ship?
All Shirt of the Week purchases ship within 7-10 days from the time the item's run ends.
Can I return a Build Your Own or Shirt of the Week item?
No sir/ma'am. Because every item is made specifically for you, we cannot allow you to return it, even for an exchange. If you have questions about sizes, colors, or other details, feel free to email us. We'll get back to you right away.
Can I submit my own design?
The Shirt of the Week program allows us to invite new artists, release more products from our crew, and of course get you in on the action by allowing for submissions. If you have questions about how this works, please see this page.
What about, umm...shit, I forgot!?
