When Jesus Face sent the link for this video to me, I honestly thought it was going to be fucking stupid. Animation + kids with toy guns = whatever. Good thing I watched it anyway. I don't know how kids play these days, but back when I was a little jerk, we played non-stop throughout the neighborhood and adjoining woods with toy guns. The rich kids had Entertech ones, which totally looked real. I had some other shit; I don't even remember what it was, but it certainly wasn't one of those bad-ass Entertech joints. I know you can't do that shit anymore, since so many parents suck and kids can hardly be raised right and you end up with a bunch of little thugs pulling jump-jobs on unassuming innocent folk. Not to mention that if you have anything resembling an actual gun, you might as well just get shot by the cops before you leave the house. Anyway, the band Is Tropical, who I'd never even heard of before today, did this song called "The Greeks," and released the below music video for it. Kids running around the neighborhood with toy guns, doing drug deals, whatever. And some ridiculous animation added in with crazy amounts of blood splatter and total violence. I warn you now that this is not a kid-friendly video. Unless, of course, you are or were a kid like me, and you, frankly, love some good old-fashioned violence. We laughed our asses off over here. Oh, and the song is pretty fucking awesome, too. Major propers to the band and the guys who put together the music video. Top notch...
